Request Account Deletion - Petalife

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to delete your Petalife account, you can do so using one of the methods below.

IMPORTANT

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including pet profiles, health records, and analysis history will be permanently deleted.

Method 1: Delete Account in the App (Recommended)

Steps:

  1. Open the Petalife mobile app
  2. Go to Settings (usually accessible from the profile or menu screen)
  3. Scroll down and tap on "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted
  5. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted

Method 2: Request Account Deletion via Email

If you're unable to access the app or prefer to request deletion via email:

Subject Line:Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your registered email address
  • Confirmation that you want to delete your account
  • Any additional information that might help us locate your account

We will process your request within 30 days as required by applicable data protection laws.

What Happens After Deletion?

  • All your personal information will be permanently removed from our systems
  • All pet profiles and health records will be deleted
  • All analysis history and uploaded files will be removed
  • You will no longer be able to log in or recover any data
